This new product expands upon World Emblem’s well-known Direct Embroidery service. By using colorfast polyester threads, the company creates premium embroidered designs with a textured effect that enhances the visual appeal. This added dimension helps elevate branding for a variety of products, including corporate gifts, fashion, and workwear.

Customers can either provide their own hats for embroidery, with World Emblem shipping the finished products back, or they can purchase blank headwear through distribution networks such as S&S Activewear. World Emblem will then decorate and fulfill the orders.
