Sedo Treepoint will bring practical automation and digital solutions to ITMA ASIA 2025
At ITMA ASIA 2025 in Singapore, Sedo Treepoint will welcome visitors to Hall 8, Booth B410, under the theme “Textile solutions together.” The company, part of the Vandewiele Group, will highlight practical automation and digital tools that help textile producers improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
A closer look at the Sedomat 6010 Controller
One of the main attractions will be the new Sedomat 6010 controller. Compact and modular, this unit extends the capabilities of the proven Sedomat 6000/8000 Series while keeping costs in check. Designed for easy integration, the 6010 gives more mills access to premium automation functions without requiring complex system changes.
Connecting machines, people and processes
Beyond hardware, Sedo Treepoint will present its MES expert systems—SedoMaster, SedoExpert, and EnergyMaster. These tools create real-time connectivity between machines, ERP platforms, and dosing units. Features such as automatic production planning and process-wide optimization give mills greater control over performance and resource use.
A new cloud-based solution, Connect, will also be introduced. Unlike tools limited to dyeing or finishing, Connect is designed for the entire textile chain. It offers centralized data access, real-time insights, and scalable infrastructure, helping manufacturers reduce IT costs while gaining stronger digital visibility.
Alongside this, the ColorMasterConnect web app will be shown. With its device-independent interface, it simplifies color management, making shade planning and corrections more agile and precise.
Technology with a clear purpose
Werner Volkaert, CEO of Sedo Treepoint, explains the company’s approach: “Automation and AI are powerful when combined with human expertise.” The goal is not just to add more software or machines, but to design solutions that help mills use resources safely, consistently, and efficiently. The outcome is higher quality production, shorter lead times, and stronger competitiveness in a demanding textile market.
