Engr. A.S.M. Hafizur Rahman Nixon joins TexSPACE Today as Technical Editor
TexSPACE Today strengthens its editorial leadership with the appointment of Engr. A.S.M. Hafizur Rahman Nixon, as Technical Editor, bringing with him nearly three decades of hands-on expertise across textile manufacturing, wet processing, chemical applications, and sustainability-led industrial transformation.
Currently, he is the Executive Director of RH Corporation, a sister concern of Aziz Group. He is actively working to advance textile recycling and circular economy practices in Bangladesh. He has been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at establishing circularity within the country’s textile sector by promoting sustainable technology adoption, green chemistry solutions, and national-level stakeholder collaboration on textile waste management and recycling feasibility.
Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles at Huntsman Textile Effects, Swiss Colours Bangladesh Ltd., and Esquire Knit Composite Ltd., where he consistently drove innovation, process excellence, and sustainable manufacturing advancement.
A graduate of Bangladesh University of Textiles with a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Wet Processing), and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, he has also represented Bangladesh at leading global platforms, including ITMA Barcelona and the AATCC International Conference.
