Wyse London introduces second hand marketplace with extra credit for sellers

Wyse London is making a new move in the world of sustainable fashion by launching Wyse London Preloved, a second-hand marketplace designed to offer added value for both sellers and buyers. The platform gives sellers the opportunity to receive 110% of the sale price of their authenticated Wyse London items, but the payout will be in the form of Wyse London credit. This encourages a circular shopping experience, where customers can easily buy something new from the brand while also selling their preloved items.

One key feature of the platform is the link between listings and original purchases. This ensures buyers can view the verified history of each item, giving them a greater sense of confidence in their purchase. In addition to this, users can interact with each other, make offers, and access exclusive product drops. The platform also makes listing items fast and simple by providing pre-filled listings with product information, images, and descriptions. Sellers only need to add the item’s condition and price.

Wyse London Preloved includes a “smart-pricing” tool. This feature recommends prices based on the condition of each item, helping sellers find the right price while maximizing the sale. Additionally, every shipment is fully insured for the sale value, with no extra cost to the seller.

It’s important in today’s society as a responsible retailer to encourage our customers to be more mindful and considerate when it comes to their purchasing habits. We know that our customers come to us for high-quality products that can live in their wardrobe throughout every stage of life. It felt natural to introduce our own marketplace where our customers can not only interact and engage with one another, but also enjoy the playful side of shopping a whole community of women’s wardrobes.

This new service brings customers closer to the brand—and each other—by enabling them to trade, connect and engage through a fresh lens. It’s a step forward in extending the lifecycle of Wyse pieces, building community, and doing good for the planet.
