For more than 50 years, Thermore has focused on environmental responsibility, directing research toward recycled materials and solutions that combine efficiency with long-lasting performance.
Ecodown Fibers T2T allows the recovery of textile polyester waste and transforms it into warm, high-performance insulation. The material is made from 100% recycled polyester fibers, blending 80% post-industrial textile waste with 20% post-consumer PET bottles. Unlike many recycled insulation products, Ecodown Fibers T2T maintains the high quality and durability associated with Thermore products.

Just as we pioneered recycled fibers from PET bottles over 40 years ago, we have recently concentrated on giving new value to textile waste. Ecodown Fibers T2T is already our second generation of padding using these resources.”
Beyond sustainability, Ecodown Fibers T2T stands out for its softness and high lofting, offering comfort in use. It can be used in various ways, including blown into baffles, placed inside panels, or applied by hand. Its structure is designed to remain stable over time, reducing clumping and maintaining consistent performance.
The insulation is certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), ensuring traceability and recycled content. It also meets Bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certifications, which verify compliance with chemical safety and product health standards.
