Cascale appoints Ying McGuire as CEO to accelerate industry collaboration and sustainable impact
Cascale has announced the appointment of Ying McGuire as its new Chief Executive Officer, signaling a strategic step forward as the organization strengthens its role in advancing sustainability and responsible practices across global value chains.
McGuire brings decades of international leadership experience spanning supply chain strategy, global business development, and nonprofit transformation. Known for guiding complex, multi-stakeholder organizations through periods of growth and change, she has built strong partnerships among brands, manufacturers, policymakers, and civil society to deliver measurable, long-term impact.
Most recently, McGuire served as CEO and President of the U.S. National Minority Supplier Development Council, where she enhanced organizational performance, broadened stakeholder engagement, and led operational modernization to strengthen mission delivery. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies and Technology Integration Group, overseeing global market expansion, strategic alliances, and supply chain initiatives across multiple regions.
Leadership at a Pivotal Moment
Cascale’s Board appointed McGuire at a critical time for the consumer goods and apparel sectors, as the industry faces mounting expectations to address climate impact, ensure decent work, and build more transparent and responsible supply networks. In her new role, McGuire will focus on deepening engagement with Cascale’s membership and strategic partners while driving operational excellence and collaborative solutions that translate sustainability ambition into practical, measurable progress.
Recognizing Interim Leadership
The Board also expressed gratitude to Harsh Saini for her service as Interim CEO. A respected leader with extensive connections across the global consumer goods landscape, Saini has helped maintain organizational momentum, strengthen partnerships, and advance initiatives to evolve Cascale’s operating and membership models. She will continue in the interim role through May 31, 2026, and remain as an advisor through the end of June to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
