AUTEFA Solutions to showcase complete textile production solutions at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025

AUTEFA Solutions will be present at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025 from 28 to 31 October at the Singapore Expo, Hall 2, Booth D201. The company will highlight its role as a supplier of complete production solutions across three business units – Nonwovens, Baling Technology, and Woollen Carding Technology – and present machinery tailored to diverse industrial needs. A key focus this year will be the introduction of the Stylus ONE needle loom.

Full-line supplier for nonwovens

AUTEFA covers the entire nonwovens process chain with machinery ranging from fiber opening and carding to crosslappers, needle looms, spunlace and thermobonding systems, as well as Airlay machines. Its LineONE series offers reliable and cost-efficient options for both production expansion and modernization projects. The Stylus ONE needle loom, part of this series, will be the main highlight at the exhibition.

Stylus ONE – smart performance, smart investment

The Stylus ONE needle loom is based on proven Fehrer technology and is designed for applications up to 1,800 g/m². With a speed of up to 1,500 strokes per minute, it delivers a balance of productivity and durability. Efficiency is supported by well-established gearboxes that help reduce downtime. The machine is available in four working widths, up to 6.7 meters.

First order to China – Heading Filter chooses AUTEFA

AUTEFA recently secured an important order from Zhejiang Heading Filter Material Co., Ltd. in China. The company purchased two fiber preparation lines with cards and crosslappers, seven Stylus ONE needle looms, unwinders, and end-of-line equipment. The decision was influenced by AUTEFA’s ability to deliver high-quality machinery and strong technical expertise, provided in close cooperation with ZFJ Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. Heading Filter expects the new line to deliver consistent quality, high performance, and reliable operation.

Baling technology – automation in the fiber supply chain

In the area of baling technology, AUTEFA remains a leading supplier of fully automatic systems for staple fibers and tow. Its solutions cover every step of the process, from fiber transport to baling, wrapping, strapping, and warehouse storage.
