CYCLO® Recycled Fibers took part in the seminar “Accelerating Circular Transition through SWITCH2CE Pilot Pathways in Bangladesh,” held on 6 May 2026 at the Grand Ballroom of InterContinental Dhaka, Bangladesh
The seminar brought together policymakers, industry leaders, sustainability professionals, and technology providers to discuss the future of circularity in Bangladesh’s textile and apparel sector. The Honorable Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh attended the program as the Chief Guest.
As part of the event, CYCLO® Recycled Fibers joined the exhibition segment, where the company presented its recycled fiber solutions and shared its approach to supporting more responsible textile production.
During the seminar, Mustafain Munir represented the company as a panelist in the session titled “Navigating the Policy Ecosystem: Enabling the Circular Transition Through Global Innovation and Local Readiness.”
In the discussion, he highlighted the need for stronger collaboration between industry stakeholders, practical policy support, and continued investment in circular practices. He also spoke about the importance of preparing local industries to meet growing global expectations around sustainability and responsible sourcing.
The event created a space for open discussion on how Bangladesh can move forward with circular solutions while maintaining competitiveness in the global textile market. Industry participants exchanged views on policy alignment, innovation, recycling infrastructure, and the role of manufacturers in reducing textile waste.
