MS Printing Solutions and JK Group launch MP series to improve digital textile printing

MS Printing Solutions and JK Group, part of Dover (NYSE: DOV), have announced the launch of five new Multi-Pass (MP) printers that are set to raise the performance standards in digital textile printing. These printers are built on a brand-new platform, bringing improvements in design, construction, and user interface.

The MP Series focuses on durability and efficiency. By reducing the number of parts, these printers require less maintenance and fewer spare parts, making them easier to operate. The new design also enhances safety, user-friendliness, and performance.

Here are the key printers in the MP Series:

• MP3000: This entry-level printer is designed for sublimation paper, offering a four-head CMYK configuration and speeds up to 315 square meters per hour.
• MP3100: Built for high-quality sportswear, this model features an eight-head configuration supporting extended color gamut or double CMYK, reaching the same speed of 315 square meters per hour.
• MP4000: Aimed at the fashion market, the MP4000 has eight heads in two rows for four-color printing, with speeds up to 630 square meters per hour.
• MP4100: Combining the speed of the MP4000 with 16 heads, the MP4100 offers extended color options ideal for the sportswear industry.
• MP5000: A versatile direct-to-fabric printer, the MP5000 has up to 16 heads and is compatible with a variety of ink types including reactive, disperse, acid, and pigment inks. It also includes optional feeding, drying, and water recirculation systems.

All models in the MP Series are equipped with the Qwizard touchscreen control system and the exclusive Color Pack software, which ensures automatic color calibration and management for consistent, high-quality prints.
