ReHubs has introduced its newly elected Board of Directors following its Annual Event in Brussels, bringing together leaders from across the textile value chain to support the alliance’s long-term ambition of scaling textile-to-textile recycling in Europe.
The new Board combines expertise from textile manufacturing, recycling, extended producer responsibility (EPR), apparel retail, and industry associations. Its leadership reflects ReHubs’ goal of strengthening collaboration across the sector while advancing circular solutions for post-consumer textiles.
Interim CEO Robert van de Kerkhof (PEPPER-i2) has been elected Chairperson of the Board. Kasper Damsø (NewRetex A/S) and Véronique A. (Refashion) will serve as Co-Chairpersons.
The newly elected Board members are:
- Luca Campadello – Erion
- Kasper Damsø – NewRetex A/S
- Gianluca Pandolfo – Reju
- Paolo Sandri – Indorama Ventures
They join the re-elected Board members:
- Felix Poza – Inditex
- Dirk Vantyghem – EURATEX – European Apparel and Textile Confederation
- Véronique A. – Refashion

The Board represents key stakeholders from across Europe’s textile ecosystem, creating a platform for coordinated action as the industry prepares for growing regulatory requirements and increasing demand for circular textile solutions.
ReHubs has set a clear objective of enabling the recycling of 2.7 million tonnes of textile waste annually by 2035. Achieving that target will require stronger collection systems, improved sorting infrastructure, greater recycling capacity, and closer cooperation between brands, recyclers, manufacturers, policymakers, and technology providers.
Speaking after her re-election, Véronique A., Board Member and Co-Chair representing Refashion, said she is pleased to continue serving on the Board as the alliance builds on the progress made over the past two years. She noted that significant work still lies ahead and expressed her commitment to working with members to accelerate textile-to-textile recycling across Europe.
Newly elected Board Member and Co-Chair Kasper Damsø of NewRetex A/S described the current period as an important moment for the textile industry. He said ReHubs brings together leading organisations to address common challenges and added that he looks forward to helping convert shared ambitions into practical action.
Europe’s textile sector is entering a period of significant change as circular economy policies continue to develop. Measures such as extended producer responsibility schemes, eco-design requirements, and increasing investment in recycling infrastructure are encouraging companies to rethink how textiles are produced, collected, and recycled.
By bringing together organisations from different parts of the value chain, ReHubs aims to support the development of an industrial-scale textile recycling ecosystem capable of keeping valuable fibre resources in circulation.
The newly elected Board will build on the work of previous leadership while continuing to strengthen partnerships across the industry. As Europe moves towards a more circular textile economy, collaboration between manufacturers, recyclers, brands, policymakers, and technology providers will remain central to achieving large-scale textile-to-textile recycling.
