Marzoli promotes spinning mill modernization at ITM 2026

As spinning mills look for ways to improve performance without making large capital investments, machinery modernization is becoming an increasingly attractive option. At ITM 2026 in Istanbul, Marzoli will spotlight this approach by presenting a range of retrofitting and reengineering solutions aimed at improving efficiency, extending machine life, and maximizing the value of existing equipment.
Exhibiting in Hall 7, Booth 709B, Marzoli will present its latest developments under the theme “Designed to Impact.” A key message of the company’s participation is “Don’t Replace, Repower,” highlighting the growing industry preference for upgrading installed machinery rather than replacing entire production lines.
Marzoli’s modernization portfolio covers a wide range of applications. Projects can involve the replacement of individual components or expand to complete upgrades that include new electronics, automation systems, IIoT connectivity, software platforms, and advanced human-machine interfaces (HMI). The goal is to help mills improve productivity and reliability while reducing both investment costs and environmental impact.

Alongside its retrofit offerings, Marzoli will showcase technologies for both spinning and nonwoven production. The company’s integrated spinning solutions are designed to support the entire manufacturing process, helping mills improve workflow continuity, automation, and operational efficiency. Specialized systems for linen and wool processing will also be featured, expanding the range of fiber applications supported by Marzoli technology.
The nonwovens segment will focus on customized production lines developed for wipes, disposable products, and medical applications. Marzoli is also extending its capabilities in processing alternative natural fibers such as linen, hemp, and viscose, reflecting growing interest in more sustainable raw material options across the textile sector.
Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to examine yarns and fabrics produced using Marzoli technologies. These samples will demonstrate applications across a variety of markets, including denim, luxury textiles, and technical textile products.
As manufacturers continue to balance productivity targets with investment efficiency and sustainability goals, modernization strategies are becoming an important part of long-term mill planning.
