Holy Technologies, a Hamburg-based manufacturer of sustainable carbon fiber components, has chosen Plataine’s AI-powered solutions to support its shift into serial production. The partnership will help the company strengthen scheduling, traceability, and production control as volumes increase.
Holy Technologies has developed a proprietary process known as Infinite Fiber Placement (IFP). This fully automated robotic system lays continuous carbon fibers along a programmed path, producing lightweight components with tailored strength and stiffness. The method delivers up to 30% lower weight compared to traditional processes and makes carbon fiber production faster, repeatable, and scalable.
Such capabilities are in high demand across automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, and medical sectors where lightweight, durable materials improve performance, reduce fuel use, extend range, or enhance reliability.
As Holy Technologies prepared for its first serial production run, the company sought a system that could handle real-time scheduling and provide full traceability of molds, tools, and parts. The team also needed a digital backbone capable of supporting both current operations and future expansion.
Plataine’s Production Scheduler was selected for this role. The software balances workstation loads and shift planning, delivers predictive maintenance alerts, and provides real-time quality monitoring. By integrating these functions, Holy Technologies’ teams gain visibility across production, helping them make data-driven decisions and streamline daily operations.
The company expects to cut planning time, improve delivery performance, and make better long-term procurement and staffing decisions. Most importantly, the solution enables scalable and traceable production as output grows.
Bosse Rothe Frossard, Founder and CEO of Holy Technologies, said the partnership is key to scaling responsibly:
Plataine gives us the digital backbone we need to scale our manufacturing, without compromising on flexibility or sustainability. It’s a great fit for our process, and the support from the team has been excellent.

Avner Ben-Bassat, President and CEO of Plataine, welcomed the collaboration:
We are proud to support Holy Technologies as they move into serial production. Their Infinite Fiber Placement process offers an important step forward for sustainable carbon fiber manufacturing, and Plataine’s AI agents ensure they have a strong foundation for growth.
