Mimaki expands TS330 dye sublimation series with wider format and extended ink options

Mimaki Europe has announced updates to its TS330 dye sublimation printer series, adding new colour capabilities and introducing a wider-format model aimed at growing textile applications. The launch of the TS330-1800 expands the series with a larger print width, while new ink compatibility across the range brings greater colour flexibility and control.
The full TS330 Series now supports Mimaki’s Sb411 dye sublimation inks in Orange, Violet, Fluorescent Pink and Fluorescent Yellow. This extends the available ink set to a total of 11 colours, allowing print providers to achieve higher colour saturation and more precise colour reproduction. The expanded palette is suited to applications where visual impact and colour accuracy matter, including sportswear, branded apparel, fabric signage and promotional textiles.
Designed to support larger-scale production, the new TS330-1800 offers a maximum printing width of 1,940 mm. This enables users to produce wider textile applications such as curtains, tapestries and large décor panels in a single pass. By placing more panels side by side, print shops can reduce the need for sewing, pattern matching and post-production adjustments, while also cutting material waste and improving overall efficiency.
Arjen Evertse, Director of Sales at Mimaki Europe, highlights the growing importance of colour in textile printing. He notes that vibrant and fluorescent inks allow printers to create more saturated and accurate colours, which are increasingly demanded for branded materials such as sportswear and signage. He adds that the introduction of a wider TS330 model is intended to help print providers increase output and address demand in the home décor market, where digitally printed textiles continue to gain traction.
All printers in the TS330 Series use Mimaki’s Sb411 inks, which are certified under the OEKO-TEX® ECO-PASSPORT standard. This certification supports compliance with sustainability requirements set by global textile brands and responds to expectations from environmentally conscious consumers. The TS330-1800 is supplied with Mimaki’s TxLink5 Lite RIP software, supporting streamlined workflow and production management.
The TS330-1800 is scheduled to be available across the EMEA region from Spring 2026.
