Première Vision Paris 2026 puts technology and materials in focus

From September 1–3, 2026, Première Vision Paris will bring together more than 900 exhibitors from across the global fashion value chain at Paris Nord Villepinte.

This year’s edition will place strong attention on technology, materials and digital solutions that are changing how fashion products are designed, developed and manufactured. The exhibition will cover areas including artificial intelligence, digital product development, traceability, recycling, automation and new material development.

New materials take the spotlight

Material innovation will be a major part of the event. Exhibitors will showcase leather alternatives made from food waste, mycelium-based materials, PLA fibres, recycled polyester and plant-based alternatives to fur.

Functional textiles will also have a strong presence, particularly for sportswear, outdoor clothing and workwear. These include PFAS-free membranes, bio-based fibres and high-performance fabrics designed to improve durability, breathability and waterproofness.

The range reflects the industry’s growing interest in materials that can meet both performance and environmental requirements.

Digitalization across the supply chain

Digital technologies will feature prominently throughout the exhibition. Visitors will see solutions covering artificial intelligence, 3D product development, trend forecasting and supply chain optimisation.

Digital Product Passport solutions will also be presented, alongside traceability systems, recycling technologies and circular business models. These tools can help companies manage product information, improve supply chain visibility and respond to increasing demands for transparency.

According to organiser GL events, the event aims to help fashion companies strengthen competitiveness while addressing changing expectations around transparency, circularity and production efficiency.

Florence Rousson, Managing Director of the Fashion Division at GL events, said the event reflects the industry’s current shift towards innovation, partnerships and new business opportunities.

More than 100 experts on stage

The conference programme will feature more than 100 international speakers across two stages dedicated to Innovation & Technology and Fashion & Beauty.

Topics will include artificial intelligence, sustainable manufacturing, consumer trends, digital commerce and emerging materials.

Speakers include Francesco Bottigliero of Brunello Cucinelli, Alexis Mabille, Victoire Satto of The Good Goods, Ben Hanson of The Interline and Gildas Minvielle of Institut Français de la Mode.

Beauty joins the event

A new addition this year is the Cosmetic Village, created with Cosmetic Valley. The area will bring together laboratories, manufacturers and beauty specialists, strengthening links between fashion and cosmetics.

Kolmar Korea will also present a make-up palette and lipstick inspired by Première Vision’s Autumn/Winter 2027/28 colour forecasts.

Première Vision Paris 2026 will offer fashion professionals a closer look at the materials, technologies and digital tools influencing product development and supply chains across the industry.
