Uster 360Q: New Developments for Quality Control
The Uster 360Q platform, which made its debut two years ago at ITMA in Milan, has gained significant traction for its ability to enhance raw material management. Now, Uster introduces the Fiber2Yarn solution, which integrates data from multiple sources like the Uster HVI and Quantum yarn clearers. This system allows spinners to gain valuable insights into how different raw material properties affect the final yarn quality. By analyzing correlations over time and among different mixes, spinners can continuously improve quality consistency and fine-tune their production processes.
