Trützschler to present spinning, card clothing and nonwovens solutions at ITM 2026

From June 9 to 13, the Trützschler Group will take part in ITM 2026 in Istanbul, bringing a full range of machinery, services and digital tools to Hall 7, Booth 714A at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center. The company plans to highlight practical solutions for spinning preparation, card clothing and nonwovens production, with a clear focus on efficiency, consistency and day-to-day mill operations.

Focus on automation and stable spinning preparation

In the spinning segment, Trützschler will showcase systems designed to reduce manual work and improve process stability. A key development is T-CAN, a system that combines self-driving cans with automated guided vehicle (AGV) technology and a user-friendly software interface. It helps manage material flow across the mill, cutting down on manual handling, reducing downtime and keeping production more consistent. The concept responds to ongoing labor shortages and rising labor costs in many textile markets.

Another highlight is the pairing of the TC 30i card with the IDF 3 integrated draw frame. This setup supports direct spinning by shortening the preparation process while maintaining yarn quality. The TC 30i delivers up to 40% higher productivity and uses the T-GO feature to set the carding gap with high precision. The IDF 3 is designed for ease of use and supports rotor and airjet spinning applications. A new can-changing system improves card efficiency by up to 3%, while integrated monitoring tools help maintain uniform sliver quality.

This combination is particularly useful when processing blends that include short fibers or recycled content, where stable parameters are critical.

Trützschler will also present its latest combing solution, the TCO 21XL. With twelve heads instead of the typical eight, the machine increases output by around 50% while maintaining consistent sliver quality. The COUNT CONTROL function helps ensure stable sliver count, supporting reliable yarn production with lower energy use per head.

Service support and digital tools for mill operations

Alongside machinery, Trützschler will present its service network and digital platforms. Local service teams, spare parts availability and repair stations are set up to support customers in Türkiye and other markets with quick response times.

Visitors can also explore MyMill, a cloud-based platform that allows mills to monitor and optimize operations. It is part of the broader My Trützschler ecosystem, which brings together applications such as training modules and an online spare parts shop in a single interface. These tools aim to give mill managers better visibility and control over production.

Card clothing built for longer service life

Trützschler Card Clothing will introduce a new flat top designed for durability and consistent performance. The product is fully recyclable and works with the company’s carding systems. The focus here is on reducing wear-related disruptions and extending service intervals without compromising output quality.

Nonwovens solutions for technical and hygiene applications

In nonwovens, Trützschler will present the T-SUPREMA needle-punching concept, developed with Texnology. The system targets producers of technical nonwovens such as geotextiles and filtration materials, offering flexibility and reliable process performance.

The company will also show the NC-Xe card, developed as a cost-efficient option for investors looking for dependable performance without complex configurations.

For hygiene applications, Trützschler will highlight its air-through bonded (ATB) solutions. The NC-X card can process very fine bicomponent fibers down to 0.4 denier, producing soft, uniform webs suitable for diaper topsheets and backsheets.

Its portfolio is completed by carded/pulp and wet-laid/spunlace line solutions used in lightweight nonwovens such as wipes and moist toilet tissue.

Meeting point in Istanbul

With developments across spinning, card clothing and nonwovens, Trützschler’s presence at ITM 2026 reflects a broad approach to fiber processing.
