Meridian announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Flooring Adhesives Division to Avery Dennison, a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions. The deal includes the Taylor Adhesives, Polycom, and Frontier Products brands.
Once the transaction is complete, the business will join Avery Dennison’s Materials Group, where the flooring brands are expected to benefit from broader resources and faster growth.

For Avery Dennison, the acquisition adds strength to its growing Materials Group.
