ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025 to start a new era for textile innovation

The textile world is gearing up for a historic milestone as ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025 makes its debut in Singapore from 28–31 October 2025. Marking the first time this flagship exhibition will be held outside China, the event promises to redefine Asia’s textile machinery landscape — connecting global technology leaders with the rapidly expanding manufacturing markets of Southeast and South Asia.

Strategic shift to Southeast Asia

Organized by CEMATEX, China Textile Machinery Association (CTMA), CCPIT-Tex, and CIEC Exhibition Co., Ltd., ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025 reflects the growing importance of the ASEAN region in the global textile supply chain.

With countries like Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and India emerging as manufacturing powerhouses, Singapore offers a strategic and neutral gateway to these markets. Its world-class infrastructure and connectivity make it the ideal hub for exhibitors and visitors seeking to expand their footprint across Asia-Pacific.

“Singapore’s international accessibility and strong logistics network align perfectly with ITMA ASIA + CITME’s mission to bring the latest textile technologies closer to Southeast Asian manufacturers,” noted a spokesperson from CEMATEX.

Global participation

The four-day showcase is expected to draw over 1,000 exhibitors representing 30+ countries and regions, including technology leaders from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Japan, China, Turkey, and India. Together, they will present the most comprehensive range of solutions across the entire textile value chain — from spinning, weaving, knitting, and dyeing to finishing, digital printing, recycling, and automation systems.

Organizers anticipate more than 40,000 trade visitors, comprising mill owners, decision-makers, technical experts, and R&D professionals seeking advanced solutions to boost efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness.

Key focus areas

The Singapore edition will spotlight the industry’s transformation through three major themes:

ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025 will not only be an exhibition but a comprehensive knowledge exchange platform.

By bringing global expertise to the doorstep of Asia’s most dynamic markets, the exhibition is aimed to bring together technology, creativity, and collaboration — setting new benchmarks for the textile industry’s future.
