BMSvision brings new generation MES solutions to ITMA ASIA+CITME Singapore 2025

BMSvision, a long-time leader in manufacturing execution systems (MES) for textiles, will present its newest solutions at the ITMA ASIA+CITME exhibition in Singapore in 2025. The company will highlight how data, quality, and energy insights can be brought together to make textile production more efficient and sustainable. Visitors can find BMSvision in hall 5, booth A206.
Smart monitoring from yarn to finished fabric
BMSvision’s MES system is designed specifically for the textile industry. It covers every step of production—starting from yarn purchasing and inventory management to the delivery of finished fabrics. A key strength of the system is its ability to capture data continuously, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Few MES providers in textiles offer this level of reliability.
Our systems are built to withstand demanding industrial condition. Continuous data capture gives manufacturers real-time visibility of their production. That means they can spot issues quickly, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency. When energy data is added, the system also becomes a valuable tool for optimizing both costs and energy use.

DU3 data terminal introduced at ITMA Singapore
Another highlight will be the debut of BMSvision’s new DU3 data terminal. The DU3 is a compact and affordable unit that allows real-time monitoring of textile machines. It comes with new input options and a touchscreen, offering the user-friendly functions that customers have requested.
Experience meets new technology
BMSvision has been developing MES for textiles since 1975. That long track record means its solutions can connect with machines of any type, even older generations still running in many mills.
Decades of experience help us understand the day-to-day challenges our customers face. Innovation has always been central to our work. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are not buzzwords for us—they are proven tools. Our customers see real benefits such as lower costs and stronger operational performance.

With its mix of experience, advanced data capture, and practical AI applications, BMSvision is aiming to show how MES can be both reliable and forward-looking for textile producers worldwide.
